What are some sleep hacks and tips?

Want to hack sleep? Try these out…
  1. Do not charge your phone in your bedroom.
  2. Have both a light blanket and a heavy blanket nearby.
  3. Stretch for 10 minutes before sleeping.
  4. Exercise in the morning, not at night.
  5. Pretend like you are going to bed an hour before you actually go to bed.
  6. Do NOT go on your phone if you can’t sleep.
  7. Read if you can’t sleep.
  8. Take 20 deep breaths while lying in bed.
  9. Say 3 things you are grateful for before going to bed (it will ease your mind)
  10. Stop being a workaholic that stays up so late.
  11. Don’t have babies (Just kidding… unless you want to sleep…)
  12. Get a large bed.
  13. Force yourself to wake up early (you will be tired at the end of the day).
  14. Get off social media an hour before bed.
  15. Don’t meditate (the mental focus will wake you up)
  16. Do whatever it takes to make yourself tired during the day, so that you are exhausted by the time you go to bed.
  17. Only drink coffee in the morning.
  18. Ask yourself, “what’s stressing me out in life?” Try to remove those stresses. They tend to keep you up at night…
  19. Don’t get a puppy (Again, just kidding… unless you want to sleep…)
  20. Get massages every once in a while.
